All products sold on our website are pre-owned unless otherwise stated. While we carefully verify authenticity and provide detailed descriptions, 07luxury makes no guarantees regarding future brand services such as warranties, repairs, or after-sales support.

By purchasing from 07luxury, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying a pre-owned item and that refunds are subject to the inspection conditions outlined above.

When Refunds Are Accepted

  • Refunds will only be considered if the item you received is proven to be not authentic or materially misrepresented.

  • To request a refund, you must provide a written evaluation from a licensed third-party luxury authenticator or inspection service.

  • The inspection must be conducted by a recognized and reputable service provider in luxury goods authentication.

Inspection Fee Reimbursement

  • Once we confirm the inspection report and approve your refund, we will also reimburse your inspection fee.

  • To receive reimbursement, please provide a valid receipt from the licensed inspection service.

Refund Process

  • Contact us at 07luxurynewyork@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide the third-party inspection report and proof of payment for the inspection fee.

  • Once verified, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price plus the inspection fee to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as a change of mind, minor wear consistent with pre-owned goods, or buyer’s remorse.

  • The item must remain in the same condition as when shipped until the inspection process is complete.

  • Refund requests submitted without a licensed third-party inspection report cannot be processed.
